So it is no surprise when I say that i'm addicted to acid(wash)....I have been thrifting acid wash pieces and making what I can't find. I know, I know...why is it that recently i've been so into this so-called "horrific and should be dead but maybe it is and I just don't know it..or choose to ignore it" trend of the 80s? Meh...to me, style is about doing your own thing, expressing yourself in your own way and just not GIVING A DAMN- it's all about the 'tude and how you carry yourself! That's what makes this world such an interesing place. If we all woke up in the morning and wore monochromatic black and white- then we probably would not be taking the time to read these fun blogs let alone taking the time to create one. I will continue to wear my acid wash despite the menacing looks I occasionally get from the "Abercrombie clad". Why? Because I like it! Later on, i'll be off on a boat cruise having dinner by the docks (it's a work event) with le BF. Hopefully I can take some pictures and post them later on =) xx

I think acid wash is really fun but it all depend what it is paired with...I think your outfit is ideal and the colour of the skirt is so pretty ...ooh, and the shoes, I would love to see more of the shoe ( they look so pretty)...
Now, on to the Abercrombie... I used to work there last summer it was my first real job and I got "recruited"( such a stupid concept)...honestly, it was quite an experience seeing how much people transform and take on the whole " Abercrombie" persona in real life... it is really sad ( lol)... Anyways, I quit the job after a month...:P
I really do believe that what you wear should portray who you are.... and it is really great seeing you do that :)

Acid wash is really fun lately and I think styled correctly won't even evoke the 80s! You rock it well.

Sounds like a fun evening! And of course you look amazing. I've yet to incorporate anything acid wash into my wardrobe, but mostly because the opportunity hasn't presented itself.
And I know exactly what you mean - fashion is fun and about doing and wearing what you love and showing that to the world. People, particularly the Abercrombie-clad, take that way too seriously in the wrong way. Keep on rocking it and doing your own thing, because you are AWESOME!

ramonas love acid wash, we have some AA V neck shirts as well (purple is our fv.). That's why it is so especial, not everybody has the attitude to wear it, that makes it even more interesting. Original pieces.... nothing like it...

Acid wash is awesome. Almost all of my friends are those 'abercrombie wearing' people that you are talking about. I bet I'll be the only one in my school wearing it. Ha.
