Lesson of the day: Sometimes its not always about you....you know?!
Also, I dont think this blog is an accurate reflection of me at all (which I guess it does not have to be...its a fashion blog..)...I may start a new one..thats a bit more personal...I will figure out what im going to do ...I have been thinking about this for a little while now....I will always appreciate those of you who have stuck by me and my blog though and love all of you (the comments, emails, etc)....
also, I dont even know who reads this thing....for all I know, my boss could be reading my posts...which could be weird...lol

I just stumbled upon your blog and enjoyed it. Keep the fashion blog obviously, and if it is that important to have an accurate reflection of yourself then start another one. I think what you have going now is awesome though.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an unpleasant day but time always works things out.
As for your blog, I think that it is wonderful... sometimes it is hard to show who you are on a page ( lol, web page in our case and I do understand that) but as long as you have a strong sense of who you are it will shine through. If you enjoy blogging, then you should definately continue...because it is a constantly evolving process, but if it doesn't feel right then you should pick what's best for you... If you do decide to stop blogging, you will definately be missed :)

I don't think you MUST show who you really are on a blog. There is no rule on the Internet that says you have to reveal everything about yourself. You can choose what you want to publish about your life, answer the questions you want to, and take nothing you don't like. If all you want to post about is fashion, then let it be. But don't let others make you feel obligated to let out more than you want to. If you want to keep non-fashion things personal, then do that. And don't write/post according to what your readers what to see. It's not like you're getting paid to write/post, are you? If you do it for yourself, then post for yourself.

You could try incorporating more personal stuff along with fashion.
Kind of like how I incorporated fashion into my personal blog.
I really like your honesty, style and POV so it would be a shame if you threw in the towel. Just let yourself breathe for a few days - totally ignore the blog - and see how you feel.

you are one of the reasons i started blogging.
i think it all comes down to whether or not you enjoy having your fashion blog. its yours, regardless of what it comes out looking like or whether or not its exact to who you are.
a personal blog still sounds great. it definately has a whole other purpose than a fashion blog. but i'd love to see how you'd incorporate the two into one!
