Remember back when I posted this makeup post which was WAY before my “impersonator” took it…..you can click HERE to check it out …..well the writer of the blog ALL ABOUT ASHLEIGH has been stealing my pictures and refuses to take them down. She just started writing as of June 2009 and mine has been around over a year. She has stolen pictures from my site posted BEFORE hers even started! She has now added comment moderation on her site so that I cannot message her. 
You guys remember what she is claiming to be her Sunday Photo Shoot? Click HERE to check mine out ….She has taken many of my photos and this is wrong…I do not understand why anyone would want to be someone they are not….why anyone would want to be a FAKE…She has even gone so far as to plagiarize much of my writings and even steal my dogs photo (Maxie the Pooch). Thank you to the blogger that pointed this out to me!
I am just frustrated and upset so I thought I would let my readers know…..just a little venting…..
Also, her site is about food….as you all know….I am not the greatest cook BUT thanks to her blog HAVE found some awesome cooking sites that I might be able to use! So there is a silver lining….

Oh, yea - I saw something similar to owners of a bakery on the food network...they also did a Cease and Desist and that worked for them. Maybe you should copyright your pics so that when you right click you cannot copy or paste them. Best of Luck.

Also, as to what other commenters are saying, you should try copywriting them but that won't work because you can get around that by screen shots. I suggest using a photo editing program and putting your name on the photos, especially in vital areas like on your person somewhere (in the photo). You should put your blog site.

Sade Jasal suggested putting a watermark in your photos. But if the girl is trying to be you, and claiming to have your name, how would that work? It's only effective if someone else with a different name steals it.

Hey all.....thanks for your support, comments and suggestions. I hope this individual has realized that there are consequences to leading a life based on lies....or pretending to lead a life...that is not yours, or pretending to BE someone that you are not....I am sorry to all of those who loved that blog, but in all honesty, and to Jenny, that was NOT her life, her pictures or a representation of herself in any way as the pictures were taken from MYSELF...Works that she had typed were also taken from myself and obviously this person articulated many of my words in their own way. That is not to say that she was not a well versed writer etc or any other opinions you might have...it was plagiarized and impersonated. Also, to be clear, this blog is in no way a representation of my life ....but more of a creative outlet for me...I am not trying to present myself as a person leading some extravagent life by any means......I do not compare myself to other bloggers. I just ask that others respect what I put out and do not claim it as their own...whether what they are putting out is judged to be good or bad ...... Thank you to all of you who took the time to message me etc. It means a lot =) You are all AWESOME ...

my girlfriends sister is married to the drummer of the killers, and she had a similar experience, she sent the girl cease and desist letters, but the girl claimed she was "role playing", im not sure if lisa ever followed up, just do all your research before you take action and dont send anything that could be used against you in the future.

that is so awful. i don't understand doing that either. i think i can comprehend why someone might wish they looked like or had the life of someone else, but i can't imagine stealing something as personal as photos and writing and impersonating someone. when she gets comments on how nice "she" looks, i wonder if that feels good to her? anyway, you rock, and we know you're the real thing. i'm so sorry this is happening.

That's just fucked up. Last summer I had a "hate blog" dedicated towards me, which was extremely stalker-ish and disturbing.
That explains the watermarking. That sucks so bad it makes me want to cry.
