Happy Birthday Baby!

IMG_5906IMG_5856IMG_5845IMG_5911IMG_5879

My future husband was born on this day (Well technically yesterday...) 24 years ago :) … Wanted to start off with a BIG Happy Birthday to J!! We started off the morning running some errands he had to do for work …grabbed some breakfast…then headed over to a lunch that his dad was hosting for him and a bunch of his employees….honestly, its actually been quite a tiring day and we have been eating SOO much!

Ended up on Queen street later on and checked out New Tribe tattoos (yes, we are getting tattoos very soon! J already has one that he will be adding on to…I will be getting my first)…Got attacked by a crazy squirrel….actually multiple squirrels that thought I had food (ok and I was making clicking noises trying to call one of them over...kind of my fault!)….I honestly looked nuts (no pun intended) running away from these teeny little creatures….

Went to Mandarin buffet for dinner and ate obscene amounts of crab legs and lychee…. drank lattes and ate pastries until about midnight ….so I am certainly wired right now and in no shape for bed….haha

Lastly, so sorry I have not posted regularly…..been really busy/occupied with life in general …thanks to all my readers who have stuck with me :P…. Love you guys! Also, I have just noticed…I think this is the FIRST time I have debuted a hoodie on my blog! It was just SO cold today and I couldn't wait to wear my new DIY Levi’s vest…sometimes its nice to just throw one on and get your ass out the door… Oh and the blackberry is all back in order...thanks for those of you who left me tips!

Countdown to Toronto Fashion Week…. =)

Vest: Thrifted Andy Warhol for Levi’s DIY (Cropped the sleeves into a vest…they were way to bulky), Jeans: Silence and Noise, Hoodie: thrifted TNA, Boots: thrifted, Bag: Topshop (I am KILLING this thing….I seriously need to switch it up, I know), Sunnies: Ray Ban

I'm loving the surprise Marilyn on the back of your denim vest. Very cool. I'm so jealous you get to wear hoodies and vests and docs already. It was rainy for about two days here in LA and then it was back to the 95 degree weather. Ugh. Lovely post.

Hey chicka!! You look adorable in the hoodie. Reminds me of miroslava in NYFW a few months ago in the spring. Good stuff. You + J = cutest things ever!

I can't say that I am particularly interested in your fashion style but what I can say, is that you take some amazing pictures and I think that is what keeps me coming back from time to time.

Oh and I'm a true fan of hoodie combos. Mine, however, is the hoodie and the leather.

Amanda- Thanks so much for commenting and I hope you do come back!

Pinkpeas- I know its crazy how time flies! I still remember my first give-away :P You won if my memory serves me correct

Stace- Thank you SO much for letting me know but I was already pretty set on going there for a long while (J and I had checked out quite a few places and actually liked this one the best ..incl the artists).

CharmaineLi- I will be seeing you VERY shortly missie :P so yes, tell you all about it ...

Lainey- well I prefer rain over snow and it looks like we will be getting some of that fluffy white stuff very soon at this rate!

Chantelle- aww thanks! and yes, It was love at first sight....and of course the price :P...totally caught my eye

The Queen of Hearts- thanks for commenting! This is definately a joint effort and I know there are probably many readers like you who might not be particularly interested in my outfits (more the photos)....but I am so glad you love them ...J reads these comments occasionally so he always appreciates them =)

Marta- he was! which is probably why I have watched factory girl about a dozen times...next on my book list is his biography!
